How do I create an account?
Creating an account can be done on the Create Account page. If you already have an account, log in using the Sign In button at the top of the page.

How do I access my account?
After logging into Carbonated Comics, a button should be available on the navigation pane for My Account. Likewise, the My Account link will be visible at the top of most pages on the site.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we use Amazon.com or PayPal to process all of our payments. As such, you will need an Amazon or PayPal account during the checkout process. Amazon accepts a wide variety of payment methods, including Visa and Master Card. So does PayPal. Carbonated Comics may switch to a direct payment method in the future.

How do I download my content?
After logging into Carbonated Comics, the My Catalog link will be visible at the top of most pages on the site. Any comics purchased will be available for download from the My Catalog link.

How do I use the Carbonator?
For the Beta release, the Carbonator application is only available on Windows and Mac. Download the Carbonator from the Download page. After running the installer you should be able to launch the Carbonator to read CBR, CBZ, and CCX files.

When I add or open a comic in the Carbonator, the comic doesn't open up.
The Carbonator directory needs to be writeable by the user that is using the Carbonator. Make sure the folder that the Carbonator is installed to is writeable. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact support@carbonatedcomics.com. Also, please attach any log files from the Carbonator installation directory, such as output.log, carbonator.log, updater.log, and error.log.

I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
You can request a Password Reset. If you experience trouble resetting your password, send an email to support@carbonatedcomics.com from the email address you registered with asking for your password to be reset. An admin will reset the password and send the new password to you.
